100% Hardware Warranty

Gitysoft guarantees the reliability and high performance of our hardware, including firewalls and other critical infrastructure components.

Any hardware malfunction or replacement will be handled swiftly, typically within a few hours, and completely free of charge. Please note that the warranty does not cover software restoration, RAID array rebuilding, or application installation and configuration.

SLA Network

99.99% Network SLA

We guarantee a 99.99% uptime SLA on an annual basis for all managed services. In the rare event of downtime exceeding 8 hours, a 10% refund will be applied to the monthly subscription, which can be used as credit for future renewals. For downtimes exceeding 24 hours, an additional 10% refund will be provided.

For unmanaged services, no refund is provided for downtimes shorter than 10 hours. If downtime exceeds 12 hours, a 10% refund will be applied to the monthly subscription.
